Whole lotta shakin’ goin’ on

And over here at Clever, we don’t like it. Nope. Not at all.

There seems to be an incredible amount of earthquakes lately.

Horrible, destructive earthquakes.

Inevitably, this becomes a major topic of conversation,

“Did you feel it?”

“Where were you?”

“How big was it?”

The day after a quake, we all are eager to share our experiences.. but lately our thoughts
have turned not so much to where we were or how big was it.. but more so, what if one of
these quakes actually hit closer to us and the scary realities of an earthquake aftermath were
a bit closer to home. Which, living in California seems extremely probable.

As designers we are prepared.
We go to school.
We build a solid portfolio.
Before we meet with a new client, we do our research.
We cross our t’s and dot our i’s when we create artwork.

However, at Clever we realized we can’t say the same about being prepared for an earthquake or any other type of natural disaster.

So we made a decision.

By May 1st, ALL Clever Creative employees will be prepared for an actual emergency.

We’ve started doing a bit of research and as we suspected, there are so many wonderful and accessible online tools to make this happen!
