“The Sole Search Design Contest, held in April 2008, was a successful joint effort of AIGA/LA and TOMS shoes to inspire the design community, contribute shoes to children in need of shoes, and benefit the AIGA/LA Scholarship Fund.”

Designers Shannon Gabor and Kim Paquet were recognized as Top 30 Contest Finalists in the AIGA: LA Defines Design & Toms “Sole Search Design Contest.”  It was cause for celebration at Elevate Lounge in downtown L.A. where the final shoe designs were on display.  BIG UPS to Clever Companion Stephen Gabor for hunting the most (limited edition) Coca-Cola Bottles for the office.  Rock-on! (Now we’ve got 3 sets)
