Buttertart, a hip bakery in Eagle Rock, (and coincidentally our favorite Canadian treat!) was written up on blackbookmag.com Clever was proud to help launch the Buttertart branding & logo earlier this year

“Andre Guerrero has big plans for coffee and scones. This used to be a funky, erratic neighborhood spot. When it reopens under his direction (with his progeny debuting as managers), it may become a destination. Good coffee will be a focus—obvious choice when Intelligentsia’s L.A. plant is down the street—and Guerrero’s pastry chef will provide seasonal tarts and loaves of bread, as well as the decadent Canadian treats the spot is named after. The small breakfast menu will bring the foodies in droves. Bacon confit. That’s all we need to say.”
