With that said… meet one of our clients: Pig Parts & Beer.
Founder, Karena Higgins launched Pig Parts & Beer as an answer to the lack of Filipino representation in the booming LA food scene. Clever had the pleasure of working with Karena to create the brand mark for PP&B. Creative freedom and a brand celebrating pork and beer? Yes please.
Last week PP&B held a huge event generating buzz on both LA weekly and Tasting Table.
Our conclusion?
PP&B is the next great thing in the LA food scene.

This week Clever had the opportunity to visit The Hub offices in Burbank, CA.
As we walked through the doors, we were greeted by a giant Mr. Potato Head. We got to witness how The Hub brand comes to life in their unique and playful environment. Hub goodies were EVERYWHERE; Connect Four, Strawberry Shortcake and My Little Pony dolls, even an original JEM lunchbox from the 80’s (big ups Maytal)!
We were simply in awe and had such an amazing time. A HUGE thanks to Amber and the rest of the amazing Hub team for showing us around!

We’re going to let you in on a little secret.
Clever suffers from a slight (*cough* massive *cough*) addiction to Chipolte. The guacamole, the lime chips, the freshness… dreamy…seriously, don’t even get us started. We. Love. Chipolte.
So when we heard that one of our very favorite causes, Jamie Oliver’s “Bringing Better Food to Schools” Campaign, was partnering with Chipolte and offering a FREE kids meal EVERY Monday for the month of August when you purchase one entree, we found one more awesome excuse to hang out at Chipolte on a Monday night. All proceeds go directly to Jamie’s campaign. Talk about a win win.
As if we needed one more excuse to say “pass the chips”, but we’ll gladly take it.

Our Clever placards graced Yahoo!‘s homepage on Sunday, July 24th! Here we see three stars of the classic Batman TV series in a panel discussion with devoted fans at Comic-con. Props to the hard-working, always fantastic Hub TV Channel for getting more viewers to subscribe.
